Yesterday 24 October 2023, at Reverie Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, LNT & Partners and AmCham co-hosted the seminar "Distribution Rights of Foreign Retailers in Vietnam: How to play efficient by the rules?"

Our speakers, Mr. Hong and Mr. Bao from Corporate & M&A practice group of LNT & Partners, shared their knowledge, experience and insights, addressing the critical issues concerning retail and distribution rights for foreign investors in Vietnam especially on opening of retail stores.

With in-depth knowledge through counselling foreign investors in trading and distribution from the early days of Vietnam’s market opening, the speakers pinpointed the regulatory roots of both market openings and market restrictions, and guided in details on solution to help overcome the licensing challenges in practice.

In addition, we delved into the intricacies of ENT removal, to help foreign retailers get prepared as the ENT removal is fast approaching. And we also shared on the topical matters regarding e-commerce.
