Advised one of the largest listed banks in Vietnam on, inter alia, (i) a co-financing agreement with other banks to finance construction of the largest deep sea container port in Vietnam, (ii) a complex loan transaction with several Japanese institutions which combines syndicated loan, foreign loan, and two-step loan agreements.

Advised on a USD 800 million international bond and credit link note issued by one of the leading banks in Vietnam.
