[[en]]On the morning of January 10, 2024, at the New World Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Partner Le Net and Partner Nguyen Cong Phu attended and delivered a presentation at the Seminar on Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards (including the annulment of arbitration awards), organized by AmCham Vietnam HCMC & Danang and IPBA. The seminar drew the participation of over 80 attendees from businesses and law firms in Vietnam, with an additional 100 online participants showing interest in the subject.[[vi]]Sáng ngày 10/01/2024, tại Khách sạn New world Saigon, TP Hồ Chí Minh, Luật sư thành viên Lê Nết và Luật sư thành viên Nguyễn Công Phú đã tham dự và thuyết trình tại Hội thảo về công nhận và cho thi hành phán quyết trọng tài (có bao gồm cả các vấn đề về hủy phán quyết trọng tài) do AmCham Vietnam HCMC & Danang và IPBA tổ chức. Hội thảo đã thu hút được hơn 80 đại biểu tham dự trực tiếp tới từ các doanh nghiệp và các công ty luật tại Việt Nam và hơn 100 đại biểu tham dự online quan tâm đến đề tài này.

[[en]]During the event, representatives from LNT & Partners addressed two key topics: "Case Study on Setting Aside Arbitral Awards and Non-recognition of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Vietnam" and "Practice of Resolving Petitions for Recognition of Foreign Arbitration Awards in Vietnam." The presentations were rooted in practical experiences, notably from Partner Nguyen Cong Phu's extensive legal career, including his role as the former Deputy Chief Justice of the Economic Court of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court, spanning over two decades.[[vi]]Tại buổi hội thảo, các diễn giả của LNT & Partners đã trình bày về các chủ đề: “Nghiên cứu thực tiễn hủy phán quyết trọng tài và không công nhận phán quyết trọng tài nước ngoài tại Việt Nam” và “Thực tiễn giải quyết yêu cầu công nhận phán quyết trọng tài nước ngoài tại Việt nam”. Phần trình bày dựa trên kinh nghiệm thực tế trong hơn 20 năm hành nghề của các luật sư, đặc biệt là của LSTV Nguyễn Công Phú, cựu Phó Chánh án Tòa kinh tế Tòa án nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
