[[en]]On November 9, 2023, LNT & Partners delivered a presentation and insights at the Seminar Announcing the Report "Current Public-Private Partnership Investments in Vietnam: Barriers and Solutions" organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).[[vi]]Ngày 9 tháng 11 năm 2023, LNT & Partners đã có phần tham luận và chia sẻ tại Hội thảo Công bố báo cáo "Đầu tư theo phương thức đối tác công tư tại Việt Nam hiện nay: Rào cản và giải pháp" được tổ chức bởi Liên đoàn Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam (VCCI) và Cơ quan Phát triển Quốc tế Hoa Kỳ (USAID).

[[en]]The presentation about promoting PPP investments from the perspective of risk-sharing mechanisms by LNT & Partners assessed difficulties and challenges related to regulations, resources, financial and risk management, workforce , and coordination among project stakeholders. In response to these challenges, regulatory and practical solutions were proposed to strengthen the risk-sharing mechanisms and enhance efficiency in the implementation of PPP projects in Vietnam.[[vi]]Phần tham luận "Thúc đẩy đầu tư PPP từ góc nhìn cơ chế chia sẻ rủi ro" của LNT & Partners đánh giá một số khó khăn và thách thức về các khía cạnh quy định pháp luật, nguồn lực tài chính, rủi ro tài chính và quản lý, trình độ nhân lực, và sự phối hợp giữa các bên trong dự án. Từ những khó khăn và rủi ro này, một số giải pháp về mặt quy định và thực tiễn được đưa ra nhằm củng cố cơ chế chia sẻ rủi ro và nâng cao hiệu quả trong triển khai các dự án PPP tại Việt Nam.
