LNT & PARTNERS HELPS NAVIGATE MOMOGI THROUGH A LANDMARK STRATEGIC DEAL AT BIBICA

LNT & Partners played a pivotal role as lead legal counsel for Momogi - the key subsidiary of Indonesia’s food industry giant – via Momogi Group VN, to acquire the entire equity in Bibica Capital from The PAN Group.

This landmark M&A transaction stands as a cornerstone in Vietnam’s FMCG sector, marking a strategic turning point for a Vietnamese thirty-year heritage brand on its journey to regional prominence.

In this transaction, LNT and Partners orchestrated every critical legal phase from transaction structuring and due diligence to the direct negotiation of key agreements and Closing assistance. Our legal prowess was further demonstrated through our comprehensive advisory on acquisition financing, where we guided, advised, drafted and negotiated the debt financing transaction, to facilitate the transaction consideration.
