LNT ADVISED ON THE VIETNAM LAW ASPECTS OF SEKISUI JUSHI’S ACQUISITION OF HI-Q

LNT is delighted to have advised on the Vietnam aspects of Sekisui Jushi Corporation’s acquisition of Hi-Q Co., Ltd., a Korean traffic safety products company with operations in Vietnam.

It was a pleasure to work alongside Kitahama Partners, and we are grateful for their trust. Together, we supported Sekisui Jushi from legal due diligence through corporate governance advice, corporate changes and the required filings, covering the full range of Vietnam-side legal needs.

This engagement reflects LNT’s strength in cross-border M&A, combining rigorous due diligence with practical, hands-on support to turn deal plans into smooth execution on the ground. A great example of what close collaboration can achieve.
