LNT & Partners was honored to assist LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam in structuring, drafting and negotiating its direct power purchase agreement (DPPA) with VSIP.

This transaction is widely reported as a pioneer in promoting the use of renewable energy in the country’s manufacturing sector. This DPPA also belongs to “First-of-Its-Kind” renewable power deal with VSIP. Through this, LNT has contributed to advancing ESG goals and reinforcing partner trust in the journey toward sustainable growth, pioneering in new, sophisticated practice areas of Vietnam’s legal market.

The project was led by Partner Bui Ngoc Hong (Partner in charge) and Senior Associate Nguyen Quoc Bao (Team Lead) – LNT & Partners.
