Diep is a senior associate in LNT with expertise in corporate, pharmaceutical and intellectual property. With 8 years of experience, she has successfully advised on an array of significant M&A deals, restructuring deals as well as providing advice on daily business operations. Diep also has experience working as an in-house counsel in MNCs operating in the field of pharmacy, cosmetics and tobacco production.

Advised ATAD Steel Structure Corporation, a leading steel structure company in Southeast Asia, on its capital and business partnership with Kanematsu Corporation;

Advised Hakuhodo Incorporate, world’s top 10 media corporation, on acquisition of a controlling interest in Square Communications, a leading media corporation in Vietnam;

Advised Handale Capital, a Hong Kong-based investment fund, acquiring shares in Everest Education, an enterprise operating a system of large English and Math training centers in Vietnam;

Advised Hyphens Pharma on the Vietnamese law aspects of its IPO on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX-ST);

Advised the local music arm of a Japanese multinational corporation on the establishment of a new music centre in Vietnam and relevant franchising agreements.
