PARTNER NGUYEN ANH TUAN OF LNT & PARTNERS WINS “M&A LAWYER OF THE YEAR” AT THE ASIA LEGAL AWARDS 2026

We are proud to announce that Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Partner at LNT & Partners, has won “𝐌&𝐀 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫” at The Asia Legal Awards 2026, becoming the only Vietnam-based lawyer to win an individual category at this year’s awards.

Now in its 13th year, The Asia Legal Awards is hosted annually by Law.com International, bringing together the region's leading law firms to recognize the most significant transactions, deals and individuals shaping the Asian legal landscape. The ceremony took place on the evening of 10 September 2026 at The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore.

Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan leads LNT & Partners’ Corporate practice group and has extensive experience advising on cross-border M&A, with a particular focus on Vietnam regulatory, FDI and merger control matters. Among the matters submitted for this award, he led the Vietnam workstreams for Amphenol’s USD 10.5 billion acquisition of CommScope’s CCS business, HD KSOE’s acquisition of Doosan Vina, and Air Incheon’s acquisition of Asiana Airlines’ global cargo freighter business, securing timely merger clearances and navigating complex FDI and regulatory issues, including an expedited Phase II review in Vietnam.
