[[en]]In recent years, Vietnam has seen an increase in the use of alternative methods to resolve commercial disputes outside of court. At the same time, Vietnam's legal and policy framework for commercial dispute resolution has also been gradually improved.[[vi]]Trong những năm gần đây, xu hướng sử dụng phương thức thay thế để giải quyết tranh chấp thương mại ngoài tòa án tại Việt Nam ngày một tăng. Đồng thời, khung pháp luật và chính sách của Việt Nam đối với hoạt động giải quyết tranh chấp thương mại cũng đã và đang dần được hoàn thiện.

[[en]]In order to provide the necessary knowledge and skills as well as to satisfy the practical needs of companies and businesses in Dong Nai province, from 08 September to 09 September 2022, the Bar Association of Dong Nai province cooperated with Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) and Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC) to organize a training workshop followed by a conference for the development of out-of-court dispute resolution. At the event, our Managing Partner Quyen Hoang shared her knowledge and experience on the commercial dispute resolution procedures by mediation and arbitration.[[vi]]Nhằm trang bị những kiến thức, kỹ năng cần thiết cũng như đáp ứng nhu cầu thực tiễn trong giai đoạn hiện nay cho các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh Đồng Nai, trong 2 ngày 08-09/9/2022, Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh Đồng Nai đã phối hợp với Trung tâm Trọng tài quốc tế Việt Nam (VIAC) và Trung tâm Hòa giải Việt Nam (VMC) tổ chức Hội thảo kết hợp đào tạo chuỗi hoạt động phát triển phương thức giải quyết ngoài Tòa án. Tham gia sự kiện, bà Hoàng Nguyễn Hạ Quyên, Luật sư điều hành của LNT, đã chia sẻ những kiến thức, kinh nghiệm của bà trong quá trình giải quyết tranh chấp thương mại bằng hòa giải, trọng tài.
