Ms. Quyen Hoang is a partner in charge of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group. She advises on matters of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, investment, employment, insurance and hospitality. She has been ranked by Chambers as a Corporate / M&A expert. Ms. Hoang and her team have been consistently and proactively involved in the successful completion of various projects, including numerous high profile foreign-invested projects, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate management. She has also been active in mediation, arbitration and dispute settlement. Spanning over 25 years of experience, Ms. Hoang has been recognized by the legal community as one of the few life insurance law experts in Vietnam who have a comprehensive understanding of international insurance regulations and their application under Vietnamese laws.

Ms. Hoang has been held in high regard and recommended by the asialaw Profiles for having “all the important connections and experience” that corporate clients need. Ms. Hoang is a regular columnist for the Phap Luat Newspaper, the Vietnam Investment Review and several other legal periodicals. She was also a lecturer at Vietnam Business Lawyers Club.

Prior to co-founding LNT & Partners, Ms. Hoang was Chief Counsel and Head of PR for a U.S. insurance company, where she was a member of the executive board, undertaking a broad portfolio of responsibilities and getting involved in all strategic decisions for the company. Ms. Hoang also previously worked as in-house counsel for British American Tobacco (Vietnam), where she advised innumerous domestic and international commercial issues. She is a co-founder of the firm.

Bà Hoàng Nguyễn Hạ Quyên quản lý nhóm luật sư chuyên về lĩnh vực tư vấn doanh nghiệp của LNT & Partners. Phạm vi tư vấn của bà bao gồm các vấn đề về tuân thủ pháp luật trong kinh doanh và thương mại, sáp nhập và mua lại, soạn thảo và đàm phán hợp đồng, đầu tư, lao động, bảo hiểm và khách sạn. Bà được Chambers & Partners vinh danh chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực Doanh nghiệp/ Sáp nhập và Mua lại. Bà Quyên cùng với đội ngũ của mình đã liên tục và chủ động góp phần vào sự thành công của nhiều dự án khác nhau, bao gồm các dự án đầu tư nước ngoài lớn, các thương vụ sáp nhập và mua lại, tái cơ cấu và quản trị doanh nghiệp. Bà cũng hoạt động trong lĩnh vực hòa giải, trọng tài và giải quyết tranh chấp. Với hơn 25 năm kinh nghiệm, bà Quyên được cộng đồng luật sư đánh giá là một trong số ít những chuyên gia pháp luật về bảo hiểm tại Việt Nam với hiểu biết sâu rộng về các quy định bảo hiểm quốc tế và cách áp dụng những quy định đó phù hợp với pháp luật Việt Nam.

Bà Quyên được Asia Law Profiles đánh giá cao và giới thiệu cho khách hàng nhờ có “nhiều mối quan hệ và kinh nghiệm quan trọng” mà khách hàng doanh nghiệp cần đến. Bà cũng tham gia viết bài trên Báo Pháp Luật, Vietnam Investment Reviews và một số tạp chí quốc tế khác và hiện đang là giảng viên thỉnh giảng của Học viện Tư pháp.

Trước khi đồng sáng lập LNT & Partners, Bà Quyên từng là Luật sư Tư vấn chính và Trưởng phòng Quan hệ Công chúng của một công ty bảo hiểm Hoa Kỳ, và đồng thời là thành viên trong Ban Điều hành, đảm nhận nhiều trọng trách, và tham gia vào các quyết định chiến lược của công ty. Trước đó, bà Quyên từng là luật sư tư vấn riêng cho công ty British American Tobaco tại Việt Nam, tại đây bà đã tư vấn về các vấn đề thương mại trong nước và quốc tế.‍
