Mr. Cong Le is a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group. He has led complex local and cross-border transactions across the full life cycle of M&A, from leveraged acquisition financings, through acquisition stage, to even post-closing matters and dispute-related issues arising from such transactions. His experience also covers high-value M&A, private equity investments, and debt financings in a wide range of industries, including education, fintech, technology and e-commerce, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and manufacturing.
