Provided legal advice on the formulation of implementation policies for the Law on the Capital and Decree No. 188/2024/ND-CP within the infrastructure and urban transport sectors;

Provided legal advice to the Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board and the Hanoi People's Committee on reviewing and providing recommendations for the draft Law on Railways (amended);

Acted as legal counsel for the Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board regarding the execution of construction contracts with foreign contractors for the Nhon – Hanoi Station Urban Railway Line 3 project;

Acted as part of the legal team representing the Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board as the defendant in a dispute against a South Korean contractor regarding the Nhon – Hanoi Station Urban Railway Line project at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC);

Acted as part of the legal team advising the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) as the defendant in an ICC arbitration against a South Korean contractor, regarding disputes arising from the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway construction project;;

Provided legal advice to an energy conglomerate in a dispute with an EPC contractor regarding a pipeline project in Vietnam;

Acted as part of the legal team representing the Ho Chi Minh Urban Railway Management Board as the defendant in VIAC arbitration cases against a Japanese General Contractor regarding civil works and a Japanese Contractor regarding equipment packages for the Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien) project, with a total dispute value of nearly USD 400 million;

Acted as part of the legal team advising a domestic renewable energy developer as the defendant in a SIAC arbitration regarding a share dispute with a Chinese investor involving a cluster of renewable energy projects in Quang Tri Province, with a dispute value of up to USD 100 million;

Provided legal advice to a listed power development company on mobilizing foreign investment to develop 150 MW wind power projects in central provinces of Vietnam;

Provided legal advice to a foreign developer in obtaining a survey license and expanding PDP8 for a large offshore wind power project in a central province of Vietnam;

Provided legal advice to PV Power on negotiating an EPC contract with an EPC contractor, including negotiations on sanctions clauses;

Acted as legal counsel for PCC1 in executing M&A transactions and key terms of O&M and EPC contracts with Japanese partners related to the implementation of three wind power projects in Quang Tri;

Acted as legal counsel for PV GAS regarding project structure, drafting, and reviewing contractual documents between PV GAS and foreign partners participating in the establishment of Son My LNG Terminal Company; participated in negotiating the joint venture agreement between PV GAS and the foreign partner for the establishment of the project company and implementation of the Son My 2 LNG project;

Acted as legal counsel providing advice to EVN on matters related to the Vinh Tan 3 BOT project;

Acted as legal counsel for PV Power concerning EPC and O&M contracts for the Nhon Trach 3 & 4 LNG projects with a total capacity of 1.5 GW;

Acted as legal counsel for a Korean contractor in forming a joint venture agreement with other foreign contractors to implement an EPC contract in Vietnam;

Provided legal advice to a domestic power development company in signing an EPC contract with a Japanese contractor to develop a 50 MW solar power project in a central province of Vietnam;

Provided legal advice to a prominent foreign chemical company on the establishment of its legal entity in Vietnam;

Provided legal advice to a subsidiary of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) in implementing a CSA contract with a foreign contractor;
