Ms. Vo Ngoc Dai Trang is an associate in charge of the firm’s Corporate practice group. She works in a team specialized in the education sector. Trang has experience in conducting legal research, preparing advice on corporate matters, drafting corporate documents and reviewing corporate transactional documents. Trang also has experience in supporting foreign investors to invest into Vietnam’s companies and has participated in legal due diligence.

Đài Trang có kinh nghiệm trong việc nghiên cứu và tư vấn về các vấn đề pháp lý của doanh nghiệp, soạn thảo và rà soát các tài liệu giao dịch. Assisted in a USD 87 million M&A transaction between a Singapore-based company and a company operating in e-commerce trading platform in Vietnam;

Participated in legal due diligence for a USD 05 million M&A transaction in acquisition of a co-operative operating in quarrying;

Conducted legal due diligence for a USD 1.2 million M&A transaction in acquisition of a system of private kindergartens;

Participated in legal due diligence for M&A transaction in acquisition of an e-wallet company in Vietnam;

Participated in legal due diligence for M&A transactions in education sectors;

Participated in legal due diligence of a subsidiary in Vietnam for IPO of a Malaysia-based company;

Advised and supported on the M&A transaction between a Singapore-based company and a trading and e-commerce company in Vietnam;

Advised Marubeni Vietnam on their daily matters, including legal issues and obtain required licenses for their desired business;

Advised VUS on their daily matters;

Advised on M&A transaction for an American-based company in insurance sector.

Thực hiện thẩm định pháp cho giao dịch M&A của một công ty con tại Việt Nam thuộc một doanh nghiệp tại Malaysia để chuẩn bị cho việc IPO.

Tư vấn và hỗ trợ giao dịch M&A giữa một công ty Singapore và một công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực phân phối và sàn giao dịch thương mại điện tử tại Việt Nam;

Tư vấn cho Marubeni Vietnam về các vấn đề trong nội bộ doanh nghiệp, bao gồm tư vấn pháp lý và thực hiện các thủ tục xin cấp phép kinh doanh theo nhu cầu;
