Ms. Nguyen Tam Danh is currently a Senior Associate at LNT & Partners, with strong expertise in M&A, foreign direct investment, and corporate governance.
With more than 10 years of professional experience, Danh has advised and supported a wide range of complex M&A transactions, foreign investment projects, and corporate restructuring matters, as well as providing ongoing advisory services on regulatory compliance and day-to-day corporate operations. Her experience includes six years at top-tier law firms in Vietnam, where she worked extensively with both local and international clients across various transactional and advisory mandates.
Danh also served as in-house counsel for four years at one of Vietnam’s largest technology, media, and entertainment corporations. This in-house background has equipped her with a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of internal decision-making processes, and practical experience in managing legal risks, supporting business strategy, and coordinating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders across large-scale business operations.
