Ms Luong Trung Van Nhi is co-in charge of LNT’s dispute resolution practice. As a former Judge with more than 14 years of experience at the People’s Court of District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Ms Nhi is well known for her expertise in resolving disputes relating to commercial, labour, administrative, matrimonial and family, and other civil issues.
Ms Nhi has received multiple recognitions for her excellent contributions throughout the course of her career at the People’s Court of District 5. She is also a speaker at various thematic conferences. Prior to joining LNT & Partners, Ms Nhi was appointed Chief Justice (Civil Division) of the People’s Court of District 5.
Bà Lương Trung Vân Nhi phụ trách nhóm luật sư tư vấn giải quyết tranh chấp tại LNT & Partners. Nguyên là Thẩm phán với hơn 14 năm kinh nghiệm tại Tòa án nhân dân Quận 5, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, bà Nhi được biết đến với chuyên môn trong việc giải quyết các tranh chấp liên quan đến thương mại, lao động, hành chính, hôn nhân và gia đình và vấn đề dân sự khác.
Bà Nhi đã nhận được nhiều bằng khen cho những đóng góp nổi bật trong suốt quá trình công tác của mình tại Tòa án nhân dân Quận 5. Bà cũng là diễn giả tại các hội nghị chuyên đề trong nhiều lĩnh vực. Trước khi gia nhập LNT & Partners, bà Nhi được bổ nhiệm làm Chánh Tòa Dân sự, Tòa án Nhân dân Quận 5.

Represented a Company in the Cayman Island to protect its legitimate rights and interests regarding request for recognition and enforcement in Vietnam of foreign arbitral award before Court and Judgment Enforcement Agency.

Tư vấn cho một trong những công ty dầu ăn và chất béo hàng đầu tại Việt Nam trong vụ tranh chấp với Cơ quan thuế Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh;
Đại diện để bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp cho một trong những công ty sản xuất ngành hàng tiêu dùng nhanh lớn nhất toàn cầu trong vụ tranh chấp Sở hữu trí tuệ trước Tòa án;
Đại diện để bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp cho cho một Công ty thép của Úc trong vụ tranh chấp Hợp đồng mua bán hàng hóa quốc tế trước Tòa án nhân dân cấp cao tại TP. HCM;
