Advised a market-leading bank in Vietnam acting as an agent, on a syndicated loan agreement valued US$205 million with several Vietnamese credit institutions to finance for a deep-sea container port project in southern Vietnam;
Advised a market-leading bank in Vietnam acting as a borrower, on a loan agreement valued US$200 million with several Japanese credit institutions, which is the combination of the syndicated loan, foreign loan, and two-step loan;
Advised a state-owned company, the owner of a polyester fiber plant project in Vietnam, in a dispute valued US$87 million arising from the EPC contract of the project. The dispute was settled in the ICC Arbitration Court;
Advised a state-owned company, the owner of a national highway project, in a dispute valued VND20 billion arising from the construction contract of the project. The dispute was settled in the ICC Arbitration Court.
