Bui Viet Anh is a Senior Associate at LNT & Partners, working in the Hanoi office of LNT. As a key member of the infrastructure team at LNT, Viet Anh provides expert opinions on contracts for transformational projects. • Assisted the employer in drafting and negotiating an EPC contract for an oil refinery project.
• Advised on legal matters during the investment preparation stage for Hanoi Metro Line No. 5.

• Advised the employer of a wind power project in Gia Lai in an international arbitration with the contractor with a dispute value of USD 200 million.
• Advised the buyers in relation to rubber sale and purchase agreements in multiple international arbitrations with a total dispute value of USD 250 million.
• Advised the main contractor of a thermal power project on the management and resolution of claims arising from an EPC contract, with a total claim value of USD 200 million.
• Advised the contractor on legal liabilities arising from an incident at a hydropower project that resulted in a suspension of operations.
• Advised the contractor on legal liabilities arising from a dam failure at a fertilizer manufacturing plant.
• Advised the contractor in an arbitration concerning a payment dispute in a commercial building construction project.
