This is the first event organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham) and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA). The workshop aims to provide an opportunity for legal professionals and in-house counsels to gain a deeper understanding of the processes and challenges associated with dispute resolution by arbitration in Vietnam and in the region. This seminar also presents an opportunity to promote the upcoming Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) conference scheduled for April 2024 in Tokyo. The IPBA conference will bring together legal professionals, scholars, and practitioners to discuss and exchange insights on crucial legal matters.
