LNT & Partners is proud to continue its collaboration with the World Bank through the B-Ready initiative – the institution’s flagship global program to assess and support the reform of business regulations and institutional frameworks. As the successor to the former Doing Business project, B-Ready represents a more comprehensive and transparent approach to evaluating how legal and regulatory systems influence private sector development.

For the second consecutive year(2024 and 2025), Partner Vu Thanh Minh and the team at our Hanoi office have actively participated in this initiative, contributing expert legal input to help assess the business environment in Vietnam. Their work supports the World Bank’s broader mission of improving economic governance and fostering a more enabling, inclusive business climate across developing and developed economies alike.

Joining Partner Vu Thanh Minh in this effort are Ms. Linh Dang (Senior Associate), Ms. Giang Nguyen (Associate), Mr. Duong Nguyen, and Ms. Quynh Vu— all of whom provided valuable expertise in responding to surveys, validating legal frameworks, and offering insights into practical implementation on the ground.

By participating in B-Ready, LNT &Partners plays an important role in shaping data-driven policy discussions and helping international institutions better understand the legal landscape in Vietnam. Our continued engagement with global initiatives such as this reflects our long-standing commitment to legal reform, transparency, and sustainable economic development.
