[[en]]On the morning of April 12, 2024, Managing Partner Hoang Nguyen Ha Quyen participated in providing expert opinions for the Preliminary Session of the 2024 Investment Legal Support Forum on the theme “Investment through Public – Private Partnership (PPP) method under the new context of HCMC”. The Preliminary Session was conducted to gather input from experts, Business Associations, and relevant investors on two main topics: Selecting the type of PPP contract and requirements for balancing interests between parties in the contract; Enhancing the role of the private sector to improve the efficient operation of PPP projects in Ho Chi Minh City.[[vi]]Sáng ngày 12 tháng 4 năm 2024, LSĐH Hoàng Nguyễn Hạ Quyên đã tham gia đóng góp ý kiến từ góc độ chuyên gia cho Phiên trù bị Diễn đàn Hỗ trợ Pháp lý Đầu tư 2024 với chủ đề “Đầu tư bằng đối tác Công-Tư (PPP) trong bối cảnh mới của TP HCM”. Phiên trù bị được triển khai nhằm lấy ý kiến của các chuyên gia, Hiệp hội doanh nghiệp, nhà đầu tư liên quan đến hai nội dung chính: Lựa chọn loại hợp đồng PPP và yêu cầu về đảm bảo cân bằng lợi ích giữa các bên trong hợp đồng; Nâng cao vai trò của khối tư nhân nhằm cải tiến, vận hành hiệu quả dự án PPP tại TP.
