[[en]]Last Friday, LNT & Partners together with two other Vietnam law firms accompanied the Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and Hanoi Law University (HLU) at a legal seminar with the theme "Application of Foreign Law in Contracts/Agreements at EVN, practice and solutions."[[vi]]Thứ 6 vừa qua,  LNT & Partners và hai công ty luật khác tại Việt Nam đã đồng hành cùng Tập đoàn Điện lực Việt Nam (EVN) và Đại học Luật Hà Nội (HLU) tại Hội thảo pháp lý với chủ đề “Áp dụng pháp luật nước ngoài trong các Hợp đồng/Thỏa thuận tại EVN, thực tiễn và giải pháp.”

[[en]]The seminar aims to propose solutions to enhance the understanding and skills to minimize risks, conflicts, and disputes arising in the implementation of Contracts/Agreements with foreign elements.[[vi]]Buổi Hội thảo được tổ chức nhằm đề ra các giải pháp nâng cao trình độ, kỹ năng để hạn chế tối đa rủi ro, mâu thuẫn, tranh chấp phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng/Thỏa thuận có yếu tố nước ngoài.
