Mr Hong is in charge of LNT & Partners’ Corporate/M&A practice group. He has assisted foreign investors in all aspects of investment in Vietnam, and is experienced in business restructuring, asset and company acquisitions, private equity matters, and competition law matters.
Mr Hong advises on an array of areas including regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contractual matters, employment, and dispute settlement. His valuable experience extends into many industry sectors, including energy, manufacturing, trading and retail, insurance, fintech, logistics, education, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Mr Hong was named an In-house Community’s Commended External Counsel of the Year consecutively through 2017 - 2023. He is a frequent contributor to local and regional business publications and a speaker at conferences and seminars on foreign investment, M&A, corporate governance, and restructuring, contracts, employment, and dispute settlement in Vietnam.

Ông Hồng hỗ trợ các nhà đầu tư nước trong nhiều khía cạnh đầu tư tại Việt nam và có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong tái cấu trúc doanh nghiệp, mua bán tài sản và doanh nghiệp, vốn đầu tư tư nhân và các vấn đề phát luật cạnh tranh.
Ông Hồng tư vấn pháp lý trong nhiều lĩnh vực bao gồm tuân thủ, quản trị doanh nghiệp, các vấn đề hợp đồng, lao động và giải quyết tranh chấp với kinh nghiệp trải rộng trên nhiều ngành công nghiệp như năng lượng, sản xuất, thương mại và bán lẻ, fintech, logistic, giáo dục, chăm sóc sức khỏe và dược phẩm.
Ông Hồng được vinh danh với Giải thưởng Luật Sư của năm do Cộng Đồng Luật Sư Nội Bộ Doanh Nghiệp bình chọn trong suốt những năm từ 2017 đến 2023. Ông là người có những đóng góp tích cực cho các ấn phẩm và tạp chí doanh nghiệp nội địa và trong khu vực và đồng thời là diễn giả cho các hội nghị, hội thảo tại Việt Nam về đầu tư nước ngoài, sáp nhập và mua lại, quản trị doanh nghiệp, tái cấu trúc, hợp đồng, lao động, và giải quyết tranh chấp.
